Albert Roberson is the Founder, CEO & Board Chair of Fractional Coordinator, Inc., which he founded in 2025 in Portland, Oregon. The firm holds coordinator seats, conducts neutral investigations, and builds compliance programs for colleges and universities, PK-12 districts, and employers across Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, ADA and Section 504, and the Clery Act.
Before founding the firm, he spent more than a decade in senior equity and compliance leadership inside higher education, holding coordinator and executive roles across multiple institutions, leading investigator teams, and advising PK-12 districts.
He is also the founder of OnePointe, a case management platform for universities and PK-12 districts, and of Clerksy. He serves on the board of 1000 Friends of Oregon.
