What we use cookies for, what we do not, and how to control them. Short, because we use few cookies and we do not track you across the web.

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device. They serve various purposes: some make a site work at all, some remember your preferences, some report aggregate usage to the site owner, and some track you across multiple sites for advertising. Fractional Coordinator uses only the first three kinds. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not allow third parties to use this site for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Updated September 27, 2026. We now use Google Analytics, and only when you allow analytics cookies. The analytics entries below describe what it records and how to turn it off.
What we use
- Strictly necessary cookies. A small number of cookies required for the site and its checkout to function: a session identifier, a CSRF protection token, and a cookie that remembers whether you have dismissed the announcement banner at the top of the page. These cannot be disabled without breaking functionality.
- Stripe checkout cookies. When you reach the checkout page, our payment processor Stripe sets cookies necessary to process your payment securely. Stripe describes its own cookie practices in its cookie policy.
- Preference cookies. If you sign in to the OnePointe portal or the client portal, we set a cookie that keeps you signed in across page loads. It expires when you sign out or after 30 days of inactivity.
- Analytics cookies, only with your consent. If you allow analytics in the cookie panel, we load Google Analytics, which sets the _ga and _ga_QPBNDK3TPB cookies for up to two years. It records the pages you visit; basic interactions such as scrolling, outbound link clicks, and file downloads; and whether you use a booking, phone, or email link or submit one of our forms. It never receives what you type into a form. If you decline, the Google Analytics script is never loaded.
- Booking pages. Our scheduling pages are hosted by Cal.com at cal.com/fractionalcoordinator. We use Google Analytics on those pages to count bookings. Our cookie panel does not appear on Cal.com, so cookies on those pages follow Cal.com's own practices, which Cal.com describes in its cookie policy.
What we do not use
- Advertising or retargeting cookies. We do not place pixels for Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or any other advertising platform.
- Cross-site tracking. No third-party trackers follow you from this site to another. No data brokers receive your visit information.
- Session-replay or heatmap tools. We do not record your mouse movements or keystrokes, and we do not replay visits.
- Analytics data shared for advertising. We have not turned on Google signals, Google advertising features, or sharing of our analytics data with Google for its own products and services.
How to control cookies
Browsers let you accept, reject, or delete cookies. Each browser has its own controls, generally found under Settings and then Privacy. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge all publish documentation for their cookie settings.
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Withdrawing analytics consent stops Google Analytics from loading on your next page view.
If you disable strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site, particularly the checkout flow, will not work. We do not block your access to other content for declining non-essential cookies.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Modern browsers and privacy extensions can send signals indicating you do not want to be tracked. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a refusal of analytics and marketing cookies: Google Analytics does not load, and those switches in the cookie panel are turned off. Do Not Track has no agreed standard, so we rely on Global Privacy Control. We do not track visitors across sites for advertising.
Changes to this policy
If we add or remove cookies, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes, for instance adding any cookie that processes personal information for a new purpose, will be flagged at the top of this page for 30 days.
