Cindy Leger is Vice President of Human Resources at Fractional Coordinator, where she leads the firm's people function, hiring, and the internal standards that govern how its practitioners work.
She directs human resources for a private university, overseeing employee relations, compliance, workplace investigations, compensation, and organizational change. Her earlier roles include senior employee relations work at Victoria's Secret, where she conducted impartial investigations across a multi-state workforce, and human resources leadership at Soho House & Co and Del Taco Restaurants.
Cindy holds an LL.B. and an MSFS, and she leads in both English and Spanish.
