How it works

Three steps, all inside your member account

Signing in is how we know the seat belongs to a member, and it keeps your question out of email. Nothing you write is shared outside the session.

01 · Member account

Use the email and password for your Knowledge Hub membership. Institutional seat holders sign in with their own named seat.

  • Practitioner, Institutional, and Practice memberships
  • One named person per seat

02 · In the portal

Confirm your need

Open Coffee Talks, pick the session, and share in a sentence or two what you want to walk through.

  • Your role and the framework it touches
  • What you want to walk through
  • No names or identifying details

03 · By email

Join the room

A calendar invitation with the Zoom link arrives once your seat is confirmed. If the date stops working, move or cancel your seat from the portal.

  • Every other Wednesday, 9:00 am PT
  • One hour, no recording

Upcoming

Questions

Before you sign in

I am a member but cannot sign in.

Write to members@fractionalcoordinator.com from the address on your membership and we will send your sign-in details.

My institution holds the membership.

Each seat belongs to one named person, so sign in with your own seat. If you do not have one, ask the person who manages your institution's membership, or write to members@fractionalcoordinator.com.

Can I bring a colleague?

Each attendee needs their own seat. Colleagues on the same institutional membership confirm separately.

The date no longer works.

Move your seat to another session, or cancel it, from Coffee Talks in the portal. An updated calendar invitation follows.

I need advice on an open matter.

That is an Advisory Coffee Talk, a confidential hour with the firm for clients under a service agreement. See Advisory Coffee Talks

Membership

Not a member yet?

Community Coffee Talks are included with every Knowledge Hub membership, from $900 a year for one practitioner. Institutional and Practice memberships include them for every seat.

Work with us

Engagements begin with a scoping conversation. We look at the portfolio you are carrying, the exposure you are managing, and the role you need covered, then we tell you plainly whether we are the right firm for it.
