Whitney Kenner-Jones is Chief of Investigations at Fractional Coordinator, where she leads the firm's investigative practice across Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, and ADA matters.
She is a litigator licensed to practice law in Georgia and Oregon, with experience in civil litigation, family law, and child welfare law. She serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General representing Georgia's Division of Family and Children Services in juvenile dependency and adult protective services matters, and she founded Kenner Jones Law, a firm focused on family law, civil rights, and personal injury.
Whitney holds a J.D. from Mercer University, a Master of Public Administration, and a bachelor's degree in public health. She served as a delegate in the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates and is an elected commissioner for Douglas County, Georgia.
