Confidential Advocacy
Confidential advocates are often the first people individuals turn to after discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, or other harm. This one-hour session covers the role of confidential advocacy, the line between confidential and mandatory reporting, and how confidential resources work alongside Title IX, HR, ADA, and student conduct offices, with strategies for building trust within a coordinated, survivor-centered response.
